President Obama’s ‘former’ spiritual adviser, Jeremiah Wright, gave a talk at the University of Chicago recently in which he went off on a familiar anti-Semitic and racist tirade.
The good Reverend declared that “whites and Jews are controlling the flow of worldwide information and oppressing blacks in Israel and America .” Yes, so oppressed that even a black man can become president of the United States.
“White folk done took this country.” They done not! They done shared it with every color and creed.
“You are not now, nor have you ever been, nor will you ever be a brother to white folk. And if you do not realize that, you are in serious trouble.” Couldn’t whites say the same thing about blacks? What white person would dare try to be a brother to someone as vicious as the reverend. The very condition he supposedly condemns is worsened by his hate-filled sermons.
Furthermore, Wright said that the American educational system is designed by whites to miseducate blacks “not by benign neglect but by malignant intent.” He’s partially correct here, but should have said it is designed by progressive whites to keep blacks thinking the way he is, although he doesn’t realize it.
We could go on and on dissecting the vile speeches of this man whom President Obama called his “spiritual leader” for twenty years, until he conveniently distanced himself when it became politically expedient. However, there is no doubt that Obama shares most of Wright’s views.
The American media took little notice of Wright’s speech, as much as American universities welcome such speeches. There is quite a bit of racism in this country, but against whites. This is plainly seen in an Obama Justice Department which allows a clear case of voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party to go unpunished. More broadly we see it in a media that provides cover for Wright, and an education system that welcomes his views.
