Rasmussen Reports found in a survey of 1,000 “likely voters” that:

“Fifty-five percent (55%) of U.S. voters continue to think that media bias is a bigger problem in politics today than big campaign contributions, identical to the finding in August 2008.”

That number should be much higher.

However, the media is now quasi state-run, in that their political bias is in sync with this administration on virtually all issues. So don’t expect them to improve their reporting anytime soon. After all, keeping the populace misinformed is the only way they can force their socialistic agenda on America.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say ‘pushed’, look at their reporting on Iraq. I’m no fan of the Bushes considering they were basically progressives with an R after their name.
